Alfonso Ceja is a co-founder of BuildLA Initiative and a passionate advocate for equitable, community-driven housing solutions. At Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Alfonso serves as Project Development Manager, where he leads efforts to acquire new sites and ensure projects are both impactful and financially sound. His experience also includes work with Innovative Housing Opportunities, Inc., advancing housing development and preservation for underserved communities.

As Commissioner at the Community Development and Housing Commission in Santa Ana, Alfonso brings a policy-forward perspective to his work, helping shape strategies that reflect the needs of local residents. Through BuildLA, he channels this combined expertise into rebuilding fire-impacted communities with a focus on resilience, equity, and long-term opportunity.
